I may be a Scrooge when it comes to the Red Sox Nation membership card thing, but one silly Sox tradition I totally buy into is Truck Day, which is today. Yes, today is the day that a bunch of guys who probably never expected to be the center of a media frenzy load stuff up in an 18-wheeler which they will then spend several days driving down to Ft. Myers, Florida.
Yes, in Boston, we have a name for this, and Globe photogs show up to take pictures of the Atlas Van Lines semi as well as the hapless hand-truck operators, whose expressions in a couple of the shots posted on Boston.com this morning are truly priceless.
Truck Day is a welcome holiday as I mourn the end of football season!
Have you checked out Boston.com's "Most Beloved" segment, where you can vote for your favorite Sox players at each position?

I love the blog that you have. I was wondering if you would link my blog to yours and in return I would do the same for your blog. If you want to, my site name is American Legends and the URL is:
http://www.americanlegends.blogspot.com
If you want to do this just go to my blog and in one of the comments just write your blog name and the URL and I will add it to my site.
Thanks,
Mark
